With an enhanced range, acceleration, turn signals, and rear view mirrors, the eGO Cycle2 LX builds upon the features of the popular and award-winning design of the original model, eGO Cycle2.

"They wanted more power, quicker charging capability and some safety enhancements for commuting. The product enhancements on this new LX model include:
- Turn Signals - Standard equipment. Operated with ergonomically designed control on the left-hand grip that also regulates headlight operation and offers an electric horn.
- Larger Batteries - Two 12 volt, 36 amp Hr. Batteries provide a 27-mile range on one charge, a 10% improvement over the eGO Cycle2.
- More Powerful Charger - The on-board smart charger on the LX model offers a 20 percent faster charge, enabling riders to go from complete discharge to full charge in just three to four hours.
- Safety Features - A factory installed, backlit speedometer/odometer display and two new large rear view mirrors enhance the safety of the Cycle2 LX for commuters who travel at all times of day.

Cargo capability can be customized with a broad selection of accessories, including saddle bags, collapsible rear baskets, a removable front basket, and a tow-behind cargo trailer. eGO's relatively small size and weight make it easier to transport on subways and park in bicycle lockers than mopeds and their simple controls, large wheels and a low center of gravity, make the eGO familiar and safe for anyone to operate.
Made of anodized aluminum, the eGO combines the best of a bicycle, moped and scooter, in its "retro-futuristic" design. The eGO Cycle2 LX will initially be available in either "very well red" or "black tie" colors.
